She then demonstrates simple recipes for lamb burgers with mint mayo, and smoked Texan chicken wings, and finishes with refreshing lemon and elderflower jellies

Ireland boast a five-match unbeaten run against the French that stretches back to August 2011, including three successive victories, the most recent of which saw them triumph 24-9 in a Rugby World Cup match at Millennium Stadium.       Wales v Scotland (Kick-off 4.50pm). John Inverdale presents coverage of the match from Principality Stadium in Cardiff, as the second round of fixtures continues. Wales will enter the contest as favourites having won eight successive matches against the Scots, including a 51-3 triumph the last time they served as the hosts in a Six Nations clash between the two nations. However, Scotland showed a vast improvement in last year's encounter at Murrayfield when losing by a narrow three-point margin, and they gave a good account of themselves at the Rugby World Cup last autumn, in which they were unfortunate to lose to Australia by a single point in the quarter-finals. This week, the superstar coaches hear from former UK Eurovision entrant Paul Phoenix, and Mike Berry, the former pop star perhaps better known for his work as an actor in Are You Being Served? and Worzel Gummidge. Also taking to the stage are rocker Rick Snowdon, who aims to impress with his unique voice, and Jordan Gray, who hopes to offer an inspiring example with her performance. Plus, 21-year-old Jolan from Cumbria, and Luton-based singer Mia Sylvester, both of whom have auditioned on The Voice in the past, return for another chance at stardom

Ethan is furious at Cal for his deception, and as tensions rise to boiling point, the pair end up brawling in resus. Elsewhere, Big Mac becomes an overnight celebrity, Lofty struggles with the management element of his new job, and Max arranges a date with a woman who looks remarkably like Zoe.       Gary Lineker presents highlights of the latest Premier League matches, which included Sunderland v Manchester United at the Stadium of Light, and Chelsea v Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge. north East rivals Sunderland and Newcastle United are both embroiled in a battle against relegation, and were looking for precious victories over two of the top-flight's most successful clubs, who have experienced problems of their own during this campaign. Plus, action from Bournemouth v Stoke City, Crystal Palace v Watford, Everton v West Bromwich Albion, Norwich City v West Ham United, and Swansea City v Southampton
