Synopsis:
Agents Mulder and Scully investigate a woman's abduction, their only clue being a terrifying photograph left at the crime scene. A series of similar cases leads the agents to a man who can imprint his darkest fantasies onto undeveloped film and claims he is trying to save his victims from the 'Howlers'
