In front of an audience of 10,000 fans, they perform their versions of the song that will become the winner's single, rumoured to have been written by head judge Gary Barlow. Dermot O'Leary then reveals which of them will follow reigning champion Matt Cardle to chart success. Featuring performances by Coldplay and Westlife

    Amelia Lily, Little Mix and Marcus arrive at Wembley Arena for the first part of the final, where they are trying to win public votes as they perform in front of 10,000 screaming fans. The judges join them on stage for duets, with Kelly Rowland joining Amelia to perform River Deep, Mountain High, Tulisa supporting Little Mix in a mash-up of two Alicia Keys hits, and Gary Barlow singing Billy Joel's She's Always a Woman with Marcus. At the end of the show the least popular contestant gets the chop, and the remaining two go through to the last part of the competition. The celebrity guests across the two shows include Coldplay, Michael Buble, Leona Lewis, JLS and One Direction. Dermot O'Leary presents

    Viewers have been voting for the past 24 hours and now Amelia Lily, Misha B, Marcus and Little Mix find out the results, as Dermot O'Leary announces which three of them will make it through to next week's final, held for the first time at Wembley Arena in front of a 10,000-strong audience. Kelly Rowland shows the remaining acts how it's done when she performs her new single, and Justin Bieber also takes to the stage
