Synopsis:
A treat for fans of The Bill as, following straight on from the live episode on ITV1, there's another chance to see the pilot episode which first aired in August 1983. It tells the story of a young probationary PC : none other than Jim Carver : who reports for his first day at Sun Hill and finds himself sent out on the beat with WPC June Ackland, who as viewers now know was to become his sergeant and on-off lover.
