Synopsis:
The officers fail to prevent Barksdale continuing his dealings from prison, as he gives orders to nephew D'Angelo to track down the guard who's harassing one of his hit men. McNulty gets caught up in a contraband case, following a surprise find on the waterfront, but it soon emerges he has an ulterior motive for being so interested in the case
