Synopsis:
The Barksdale gang are forced to relocate as a series of renovations around the town sees their den razed to the ground. Mayor Clarence Royce orders Burrell to reduce Baltimore's ever-increasing crime statistics in time for his new election campaign, but they cannot prevent a sudden string of murders which brings a premature end to Bunk's day out at the ballpark
