Willie Harcourt-Cooze, the entrepreneur last seen setting up his own chocolate production business in the four-part series Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory, returns for this one-off special in which he prepares chocolate-based festive recipes. While he is busy in the kitchen, his wife Tania transforms their Devon home into a Christmas wonderland. Willie returns for a further three-part series in 2009 in which he takes on the big manufacturers by devising a higher quality bar for the UK
