The enthusiastic entrepreneur works night and day at his Devon factory to fill Selfridges' order for a batch of his 100 per cent cocoa bars. However, the order serves only to temporarily stave off his financial woes, and Willie attempts to pitch his produce to one of the country's leading supermarkets. Recipes include home-made Easter eggs, chicken mole and chocolate mousse. Last in series
