Willie Harcourt-Cooze continues his mission to emulate the success of John Cadbury. After a productive harvest in Venezuela, the keen chocolatier heads back to his Devon factory to begin processing his cocoa beans, before testing public reaction at a local farmer's market. Recipes include porcini and chocolate risotto and a tantalising 'cloud forest' cake
