Synopsis:
The flatmates discover to their delight that they can hear everything that goes on in the apartment below through a heating vent - including the juicy details of an extramarital affair. In the end, their constant eavesdropping leaves Jack feeling neglected, and in revenge he lampoons them in the play he is writing
