Synopsis:
Part one of two. The discovery of human remains in an urban canal links to the unsolved murder of a prison governor 15 years earlier, leading the team to seek out the original suspects. However, it's not long before the prison psychologist, married to the victim's daughter, finds himself personally embroiled in the investigation. Meanwhile, Boyd launches a search for his son Luke.
