Synopsis:
An abandoned car belonging to a former Home Secretary is discovered in a Belfast garage, containing a skeleton and an unexploded bomb. Although the garage owner, missing since 1981, may have had links to the IRA, a more disturbing theory soon emerges - that this was the work of British secret service assassins, carefully staged to look like a terrorist outrage.
