  The Resistance prepares to launch a final battle against the oppressive Visitors, using the biological weapon developed by Julie with the help of rebel alien Willie, in the hope it will dispel them from the planet forever.   Donovan gives himself up to the Visitors in order to save his son. Diana learns that her colleagues are plotting against her and tries to manipulate the leader to ensure her safety. Julie performs tests on Willie in an attempt to develop a biological weapon against the aliens, which the Resistance use in the hopes of defeating them for ever

  Donovan becomes an unwilling Resistance leader, and argues with Tyler over his decision to mount a mission to rescue Julie from the Visitors' mothership
