Documentary exploring Hoover's free flights promotion which was launched in August 1992 and ended up costing the company £48million. Eager buyers had to spend just £100 to claim two free return flights to Europe, but travel agents struggled to cope with the overwhelming response and before long, disgruntled customers began taking matters into their own hands and an undercover report by BBC's Watchdog programme led to resignations among the top management
