When the body of a high-class prostitute is found in an abandoned suitcase at Heathrow, the evidence leads to Ukrainian billionaire Vitali Malikov, who had availed himself of her services. Against all diplomatic advice and despite the woman's pimp also becoming implicated in the crime, Walker arrests Malikov - only to find himself a pawn in a much bigger game.
