Musician Johnny Waughman takes on the challenge of the Race Across America, in which teams from around the world compete in a five-day, 3,000-mile relay cycle ride across the breadth of the USA. With punishing climbs through mountains and baking temperatures in the desert, the course could prove too much for the 53-year-old Londoner, even with the backing of his team-mates.
