Part two of two. The past catches up with Frost as he investigates a series of murders that appear to mirror crimes he failed to solve more than 16 years ago. As the case progresses, Mullett becomes convinced the detective's life is in danger, and with Jack now trying to bring two killers to justice - the copycat and the assailant at the dogfight - tragedy cannot be far ahead.
