Crime drama, depicting the events over a 24-hour period leading up to a murder from the very different points of view of four family members. Ciaran Hinds stars as ambitious dentist Marius Bannister, a man intent on following his senile father into politics. However, his efforts are soon hampered by the skeletons in his closet, including an illicit affair with his dental assistant : who threatens blackmail if he ends their relationship. Elizabeth McGovern and Maria Doyle-Kennedy also star. Concludes tomorrow
