A city businessman and his wife plan to get away from the stresses of work and hopefully mend the cracks in their fragile marriage by spending Christmas at the other side of the world. In what seems like the perfect holiday arrangement, they exchange their London townhouse for an idyllic beachside property in Australia and pack the family off for a festive break they'll never forget - for all the wrong reasons. For as they settle into life down under, the Perth university professor they have swapped with is making his own plans for their stylish north London home.
