A combination of dramatised reconstructions and eyewitness accounts telling the story of Dr Jerri Nielsen, a scientist who discovered she had breast cancer while stationed at a remote Antarctic research station. Despite being cut off from any source of medical treatment, Jerri refused to succumb to despair and embarked on a heroic battle against her illness. Last in series
