    A 19-year-old named Adam calls Sam and Dean looking for their father John, and claims to be his son. The brothers meet him, assuming he is a demon trying to lure then into a trap. However, they find out that his story is true and the teenager tells them of his 'normal upbringing', which infuriates Dean.   • Season 4 Episode 18: The Monster at the End of This Book

    Sam and Dean are shocked to discover a series of comics titled Supernatural that accurately detail their lives as demon hunters. They track down the writer who explains he has visions of the brothers that he then turns into the strips, and he reveals that Lilith is coming and she has a plan for Sam.   • Season 4 Episode 17: It's a Terrible Life

    The Winchesters are In a mysterious alternate reality where they are not related. Dean is working at a company called Sandover Bridge & Iron Company alongside Sam who is in Tech Support, but it seems as if the two do not know each other. However, after co-workers start committing suicide at an alarming rate, they find themselves working side by side to investigate the deaths. Fantasy drama, starring Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki

  • Season 4 Episode 16: On the Head of a Pin

    Sam and Dean enter a small town in Iowa, where three men have inexplicably beaten their wives to death.   • Season 4 Episode 13: After School Special

    The Winchester brothers go undercover to investigate a string of murders at their old high school. The case causes them to have flashbacks about their time there, recalling how Sam was picked on by the school bully while Dean was Mr Popular.   • Season 4 Episode 12: Criss Angel Is a Douche Bag

    A mysterious death draws Sam and Dean to a town full of magicians. Their investigation leads them to three friends who were famous in their day but have now been replaced by flashier, younger conjurers. One of the older men has made a deal to acquire real magical powers, but the price was extremely high and the brothers must figure out a way to reverse the spell before others are harmed.   • Season 4 Episode 11: Family Remains

    Sam and Dean investigate the appearance of a young female ghost in an abandoned house, but things become more complicated when a family moves in. The brothers fail to get the new tenants to leave, but when the son is kidnapped through the walls they look to the Winchesters to rescue the boy.   • Season 4 Episode 10: Heaven and Hell

    Anna remembers her past and Sam and Dean finally understand why Castiel and Uriel want her dead.     Sam and Dean investigate a small town where the well appears to grant real wishes - a teddy bear comes to life, someone wins the lottery and the local geek gets a stunning girlfriend.   • Season 4 Episode 7: It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester

    A few days before Hallowe'en, Sam and Dean investigate two mysterious deaths in a small town. The brothers find hex bags and deduce a witch is sacrificing people to summon a dangerous demon, which Castiel tells the brothers is one of the Seals that will lead to the freeing of Lucifer - so the angel reveals he has brought a specialist named Uriel to smite the entire town.   • Season 4 Episode 6: Yellow Fever

    The brothers investigate the deaths of several men who suffered from a mystery ailment and then apparently dropped dead of fright. When Dean becomes infected Sam and Bobby must find the root of the disease before he dies and is sent back to Hell. Fantasy drama, starring Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki

  • Season 4 Episode 5: Monster Movie

    When the brothers investigate several murders at a beer festival, they discover the first victim was found with vampire-like bite marks on her neck, while the second has wounds that look like a werewolf attack. After a mummy rises from his crypt, Dean determines that a shape-shifter demon is terrorizing the town taking the form of iconic monsters from old Hollywood movies.   • Season 4 Episode 4: Metamorphosis

    Sam and Dean encounter Jack Montgomery, who is in the process of becoming a flesh-eating demon that attacks humans. The man is not aware of his predicament and is a normal suburban dad who has not hurt anyone yet, and the brothers disagree over how to tackle him. Fantasy drama, guest starring Dameon Clarke

  • Season 4 Episode 3: In the Beginning

    Dean is transported back in time and is shocked when he lands in Kansas, where he runs into younger versions of his mother and father who have just fallen in love. He is unsure why he was sent back so he begins to enjoy the time with them and his new-found grandfather, who may be hiding a secret that is key to his and Sam's entire predicament.   • Season 4 Episode 2: Are You There God? It's Me, Dean Winchester

    Sam and Dean are stunned when the spirits of Meg and Special Agent Henrickson appear and accuse the Winchesters of failing them. Although rattled, the brothers must pull together to save Bobby - who is too crippled with guilt to fight off the angry ghosts of the young children he could not save.   • Season 4 Episode 1: Lazarus Rising

    New series of the fantasy drama about the battle against the forces of evil across America. Four months after he was torn to shreds by the hellhound, Dean wakes up in a pine box.     The brothers investigate a series of strange occurrences in Ohio, where residents have been receiving phone calls from dead loved ones urging them to commit suicide.     Sam has a premonition in which a man is killed, but the murder is made to look like a suicide, although he and Dean are puzzled when they fail to find anything that indicates the death was supernatural in nature.     The brothers finally make contact with their father, but he does not welcome their efforts to find him. Deciding to refocus his energies, Dean investigates the disappearance of couples from a small town - and stumbles on a tale of human sacrifice in the name of agriculture. Jared Padalecki stars

  • Season 1 Episode 10: Asylum

    The brothers investigate a mysterious asylum, which allegedly drives people insane if they attempt to spend the night there. It transpires that the building was once the venue for sinister experiments, and a number of teenagers died in a fire there in 1972.   • Season 1 Episode 9: Home

    After Sam has nightmares about their old home in Kansas, the brothers return to investigate the house. They discover the family now living there have been seeing and hearing some terrifying things - prompting the pair to wonder whether the entity that killed their mother has returned.   • Season 1 Episode 8: Bugs

    Sam and Dean visit a town to investigate reports of a mysterious death.
