• Season 2 Episode 19: April is the Cruellest Month (2000) Dana hears the channel's finances are in a terrible state, meaning they may be forced into cutbacks. Meanwhile, the crew help their Jewish colleagues celebrate Passover
• Season 2 Episode 18: Draft Day - Part Two: The Fall of Ryan O'Brian (2000) Part two of two. Dan is forced to work for Round Two of Draft Day, thwarting his plans to go for a game of golf. Jeremy gives his girlfriend a tour of the station, but is anxious about bumping into Natalie

• Season 2 Episode 14: And the Crowd Goes Wild (2000) Ratings consultant Sam leaves, and although Dana seems glad at first, she soon realises the opportunity she has missed
• Season 2 Episode 13: Dana Get Your Gun (2000) Dan is determined to make it to a Tom Waits concert and tries to reschedule his shifts to enable him to do so. Meanwhile, Dana brings a gun into work

• Season 2 Episode 11: The Cut Man Cometh (2000) An eagerly awaited boxing match lasts just seven seconds, meaning the crew have to find a way to fill the remaining air time
• Season 2 Episode 10: The Giants Win the Pennant, the Giants Win the Pennant (2000) Casey goes out with Pixley again, and Dana gets upset. Dan looks to write a story on a classic World Series match from 1951, and makes an intriguing discovery along the way
• Season 2 Episode 9: A Girl Named Pixley (1999) Dana worries when Casey goes on a date, and Jeremy loses faith in his nomination for an award
• Season 2 Episode 8: The Reunion (1999) Casey searches for a Christmas present for Isaac, and Dan goes to Midnight Mass : despite being Jewish

• Season 2 Episode 3: Cliff Gardner (1999) The crew are frightened to make a wrong move, with the ratings consultant peering over their shoulders, but their anxieties render the team dysfunctional
• Season 2 Episode 2: When Something Wicked This Way Comes (1999) Dana turns Casey down, saying he needs to gain more experience of relationships before she'd be interested in him. Rumours abound that Isaac has hired a ratings consultant
• Season 2 Episode 1: Special Powers (1999) The team hear the show has been delayed by 10 minutes, giving them more time to sort out the broadcast's opening, and Casey reveals his feelings to Dana
