An important client is unimpressed by the smokers' failure to provide her with a light and storms out of the office. While Janet is fuming at the business implications of this incident, Robin realises the situation is even more serious - if nobody has a light, he won't be able to smoke. Sally falls out with Annie, Len becomes the victim of a suspicious crime and Barry worries about a visit from his nieces - so Janet's decision to explore her wild side couldn't have come at a worse time.
