She pays her respects at the alleged site of King Arthur's tomb at Glastonbury Tor, discovers the joys of inland surfing at the Severn Tidal Bore, and is shown a sinister offering to the gods at Bath's hot springs

    Dominic Heale explores the Midlands, showcasing seven of the region's finest landscapes, chosen by residents. The stops on his journey include Blue John Cavern, Wenlock Edge, Beacon Hill, and Creswell Crags. Featuring contributions from local people, including MP Dennis Skinner

    Aubrey Manning takes a tour of stunning landscapes in the south of England, chosen by viewers from the region, and chats to local experts about these features' geological origins. His journey takes him along the Ridgeway, Britain's oldest road which contains a great deal of evidence of early man, as well as the White Horse of Uffington, Finchampstead Ridges and Stokenchurch Gap. He also visits the Devil's Punchbowl in Surrey, along with the chalk landscape of Cuckmere Haven, the Needles and Lulworth Cove

    Chris Jackson takes an aerial tour of the north of England in a microlight aircraft, visiting locations selected by local residents, including Morecambe Bay, the Lake District, Whin Sill, Holy Island, Durham and High Force waterfall. Along the way, he meets people whose lives have been shaped by these places and uncovers their artistic and historical legacy, discovering how JMW Turner and Victorian thinker John Ruskin drew inspiration from Aysgarth Falls in the Yorkshire Dales

    Bill Oddie presents a tour of London's natural splendour, discovering how more than half of the area covered by the city is made up of forest, river and open space. He climbs his favourite hill, roams the ancient hunting ground of Kings, and examines a species of tree that thrives on polluted air. He also visits the ruins of a church that was destroyed in the Blitz, and learns how the capital has become home to thousands of wild parakeets
