Synopsis:
Ryan reluctantly agrees to hire Jackson to redesign her art gallery, but is soon ordered to give him the boot after his creative vision receives a lukewarm reception. Meanwhile, Paula becomes Nigel's office manager and quickly proves she lacks the diplomacy needed for the position
