  Alistair yearns for a new pair of designer trainers, but his desires are thwarted when his mother buys him cheap copies. Things go from bad to worse for the put-upon boy when, after deliberately damaging his second-rate sneakers, he is made to attend school in Mel's old pink wellies. Last in the series

  Alistair decides to get engaged in a bid to beat his siblings to a ring promised by Granny to the first grandchild to do so. The hunt is on for a potential spouse, but things go awry when two brides-to-be turn up at his engagement party

  The sibling rivals enter the school talent contest, and Mel and Will form an artless new music scene they call Thrash Punk Noise. Alistair's own scheme for victory goes awry when he is discovered miming to a tape during his putative piano performance

  Alistair becomes the favourite child in the family when brother William's infatuation with a child psychologist causes his school work to suffer. His reign is short-lived, however, as Dr Tara decides that the family have to be less nice to him - to allow his failing brother to overcome middle child syndrome

• Season 1 Episode 9: Crazy Like a Frog

  The Revengers borrow a book on text book and set about using their powers to make Mel and Will do Alistair's bidding. However, the put-upon boy gets a taste of his own medicine at a birthday party - and discovers that the book lacks a chapter on dispelling the trance

• Season 1 Episode 8: Haircut of Horrors

  Granny refuses to allow scruffy Alistair to feature in her 70th birthday photo - so the put-upon boy summons the Revengers and sets out to scupper celebrations by spoiling the looks of each and every member of the family

• Season 1 Episode 7: The Gutter Press

  Alistair takes out an advert in the newspaper in vengeance against his older brother William, after he volunteers his young sibling for his paper round after faking an injury. When his mum decides he should do some good deeds, the put-upon boy invites homeless people to dinner in a bid to scupper her cookery show

• Season 1 Episode 6: Luck of the Irish

  The Revengers fake a TV lottery result to get back at Alistair's father for making him give up his tiny room to his grandmother. The hapless dad falls for it, splashing out on a new car with his non-existent £3million lottery win

• Season 1 Episode 5: Technology Bites

  Alistair queues for two days for the latest games console, and takes the opportunity to lecture a fellow customer on how it is necessary to master technology to enjoy success as a Revenger

• Season 1 Episode 4: I'm Not Scared

  The Revengers build a monster to give Will and Mel a fright, but the plan backfires when it appears to be cursed. Alistair finds out that his siblings have tricked him, and pays them back by staging his own death at the hands of the creature. Nigel Planer guest stars

• Season 1 Episode 3: The Lord of the Furys

  The youngster and his siblings are left to fend for themselves when their parents go away - but when Alistair is banished to the shed, he comes up with a brilliant revenge to disrupt Mel's Botox session and William's date

  Alistair's siblings cost him the chance of appearing on his mum's cookery show, forcing him to take revenge live on air in the form of a snake, some rats and a dead gecko - none of which makes for edifying viewing
