Synopsis:
Detective Inspector Matthew Fenton pursues the seemingly straightforward case of a missing 11-year-old boy, but ends up uncovering a web of deep-rooted abuse in the local childcare system. As the drama begins, a three-year investigation has drawn a blank and although the finger of suspicion points at a man serving a prison sentence, there is no hard evidence.
