Comedy duo Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer make their acting debut in this adaptation of the cult Sixties detective drama, written by The Fast Show's Charlie Higson. Marty Hopkirk's (Reeves) wedding day takes a disastrous turn when he is murdered. His ghost returns, sporting a smart white suit, to solve the mysterious crime with partner Jeff Randall (Mortimer), leading to a madcap finale involving robots, cross-dressing and a large amount of red paint. Also starring Emilia Fox, Charles Dance and David Tennant
