Synopsis:
Stockwell's enforcement of strict laws concerning drug abuse continues to frustrate the gang. Ben can't help feeling partially responsible for Hunter's odd behaviour and, together with Michael, grows worried about him. Emmett tries to cheer Ted up, but his efforts don't seem to have much effect
