Kurt Masur and the London Philharmonic Orchestra perform Schubert's Unfinished Symphony before going on to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Leos Janacek's birth with a rendition of his epic Glagolitic Mass and Moravian folk pieces, the Hukvaldy Songs. Featuring the Czech Philharmonic Chorus of Brno, soprano Zdena Kloubova, mezzo-soprano Karen Cargill, tenor Pavol Breslik, bass Gustav Belacek and organist David Goode. Also broadcast on Radio 3
