Synopsis:
A psychiatrist is murdered at a hospital for the criminally insane, and the finger of suspicion points to a serial killer Sam helped put away in the institute years earlier. However, a further ritualistic killing makes her wonder if another homicidal maniac is simply copying the inmate's crimes
