Wildlife on One meets The Lion King in this unusual family drama filmed on the plains of Africa, in which real-life footage of lions combines with special effects and the voices of actors to portray the interwoven lives of a pride of lions and their constant fight for survival, acceptance and love within the group. Kate Winslet plays rebellious lioness Suki, with Sean Bean as her suitor Dark, Rupert Graves as her cowardly brother Linus and Helen Mirren as the wise matriarch.
