• East Devon Seetha Hallett helps expats Pat and Clive find a seaside holiday home back in the UK. The couple, who swapped Birmingham for Benidorm and set up a successful holiday business 20 years earlier, have tired of the scorching Spanish sun and are looking for a place to relax during the summer months. They find time to break off from their house hunting to go for a sea cruise and take a tour of Bicton Park Botanical Gardens
• East Yorkshire A couple search for their ideal property on the coast of East Yorkshire. The constant threat of erosion means house prices in the area are low. However, the catch is that any home they buy may end up plunging into the sea in years to come
• Eastern Scotland Seetha Hallett helps retired couple Stella and Geoff Bolton from Warrington find a home by the sea on Scotland's east coast, an area that boasts some of the cheapest property prices in the UK. They hope to buy a property their eight-year-old grandson would enjoy visiting, while sticking to their £150,000 budget
