Synopsis:
As morale plummets, members of the colony begin to lose faith in the governor, prompting him and his family to relinquish their control over the community. A power struggle follows, and lay preacher Don Heinz becomes head of the church and state, but when a new figure of authority appears on the scene it quickly becomes apparent his days in charge are numbered
