Synopsis:
It's early spring in Mumbles, and bad weather threatens to delay the opening of the new ice rink on the pier. At Patricks restaurant, chef Patrick Walsh is experimenting with new dishes for the summer menu, while guest-house owner Sarah Gill is struggling to get husband Paul to stop surfing and do some much-needed decorating
