Synopsis:

In the second part of Stephen Poliakoff's ambitious drama, Raymond begins to recover from his stroke at Alice's London flat, but finds himself haunted by recurring images of his father and son. Daniel is deeply moved by Edith, Violet and Grace's extraordinary wartime story, while Esther becomes fascinated with genealogy, and with Stephen's help begins the painstaking process of delving deeper into her tangled family history.
