Synopsis:
Drama about the findings made by the commission entrusted with investigating the events leading up to the terrorist attack. When a truck bomb exploded in February 1993 in a car park near the Twin Towers, FBI and CIA agents traced the atrocity back to Osama Bin Laden - prompting them to plan his capture.
