Synopsis:
Kate makes Bailey a proposition when he discovers her father plans to send her to a boarding school in Connecticut. Charlie is hurt when Kirsten treats him coldly, but he soon discovers the reason for her behaviour. A friend offers Julia some advice, and Claudia tries to get a boy's attention
