Synopsis:
Nurse Gladys decides Arkwright needs a lesson in politeness, and convinces him a writer for the Good Shop Guide is doing the rounds. She then poses as the critic to see for herself the unusual sight of the miserly shopkeeper being nice to his customers. Comedy, starring Ronnie Barker and Lynda Baron
