Synopsis:
An auxiliary police officer is murdered, while McDowell and Ortiz investigate the firebombing of a car, only to find the vehicle's owners may have something to hide. Heywood asks Jones for help in dealing with her grandmother, who she suspects is involved in an illegal phone scam
