Synopsis:
Sipowicz and Clark investigate the killing of a transvestite prostitute, and when a couple come into the station to report a mugging, evidence emerges that links them to the murder. Jones and Medavoy deal with the death of a Pakistani woman, and begin to suspect she was killed by her own father, while coping with a family begins to take its toll on McDowell
