Synopsis:
Sipowicz and Clark investigate when a five-year-old girl is abducted after her father left her unattended in the park, discovering an ice cream vendor with a history of child abuse working in the area. Jones and Medavoy deal with the murder of a pregnant woman, and McDowell has her brother-in-law arrested for abusing his wife
