Synopsis:
McDowell and Ortiz deal with the murder of a carjacker who appeared to know his victim had drugs hidden in her car. At the same time, Rodriguez is devastated to learn that Angela has lost her battle with drugs and been found dead, prompting him to demand a full investigation
