Synopsis:
Sipowicz and Clark investigate the murder of a successful immigrant restaurateur, and soon learn he had an unhealthy interest in young girls. Meanwhile, Ortiz discovers that his cousin's boyfriend is wanted by the Joint Narcotics Task Force, and Jones questions a retired cop about the death of his paralysed son's wife
