Synopsis:
Sipowicz is busy moving house when he is called in to search for a schizophrenic who has repeatedly vandalised his father's apartment and may hold the key to an unsolved murder. Meanwhile, McDowell and Ortiz investigate a homicide, and find a burned videotape may contain clues to the killer's identity
