Synopsis:
Don and his team investigate a bombing outside an Army recruiting centre - an attack that resembles the work of an anti-war activist who vanished 30 years previously. Retired agent Thomas Larson returns to assist the inquiry, but soon begins to question Don's loyalty. Robert Forster guest stars
