Synopsis:
A series of blackouts plunge Los Angeles into darkness - and leave Don struggling to discover whether they are the work of terrorists, or entirely the product of chance and coincidence. The case seems baffling - until he discovers that all the power sub-stations supplied power to the same Federal detention facility
