Synopsis:
In the last in the series, comedienne Joan Rivers arrives for a consultation - but her request to have all her surgical enhancements removed manages to shock even Sean and Christian. Matt tries to persuade Ava to start a new life with him in Paris, and the doctors set a trap for the serial killer at their home - with horrific consequences.
