Gerry is forced to confront his past when the team reinvestigates the 33-year-old murder of a doctor, who was found hanging from a meat hook on a butcher's stall at Smithfield Market. The butcher went missing on the same day, and since then the community has rallied to help his widow Julia keep the business afloat. However, his recently discovered remains reveal a match to an unidentified person and lead to a shocking revelation for Sandra.
