Synopsis:
A Navy captain is held hostage in his own office, while his wife and blind daughter are abducted. The kidnappers watch his every move and try to extort a large sum of money from him for his family's release. The NCIS team are soon on the case, but need to identify the chief assailant before he loses his patience
